Out of School Hours Care
Tecoma Primary School Council operates a Before and After school program to provide a safe and secure environment with worthwhile activities for primary aged children. Parents can be assured that the children are safe and happy and are under quality care when placed in our Out of School Hours Care.
Care is available to children on either a Regular or Casual basis.
Please see the staff at OSHC for enrolment information. Fees per session are established by the School Council.

An annual enrolment fee of $15.00 is required at the commencement of Before and After School Care use.

Please Note: A fee of $5.00 per 5 minutes & $10.00 every 5 minutes thereafter is required for late pickups after 6.00pm. A full day fee of $11 for BSC and $15 for ASC will incur if the service is not notified, in advance, for a child’s absence. |

Notification Guidelines
Children must be booked into Out of School Hours Care. If your child/ren are booked in and will not be attending on a particular day please contact the co-ordinator in this regard on 0477 725 824. NO email or verbal bookings will be accepted.

| If the service receives notification that a child will not be attending the service with less than 24 hours notice, this will be classed as an absence (each child is permitted 42 of these per year by the Federal Government) | Before school care (BSC) up to 8.45am on the day ($10 less government rebate per child) |
| After School Care (ASC) up to 3.30pm on the day. ($14 less government rebate per child) | |
| If the service receives No Notification at all that the child will not be attending the service, this will be classed as a “No Notification.” (The Federal Government do not give a rebate for this.) | Before school care (BSC) 8.46am or later when the session has closed for that morning ($10, no government rebate plus $20 “No Notification” fee per child.) |
| After School Care (ASC) 3.31pm or later on the day. ($14, no government rebate plus $20 “No Notification” fee per child.) |
Enrolment forms must be completed 1 week prior to students using this program however, it is strongly recommended that ALL parents complete an enrolment form to allow access to this service in case of emergency.
Homework sessions are each day from 3.40-4.00pm.
Children must be picked up by persons 16 years or older.
