Care before and after the bell
A safe, welcoming place for your child to play and relax on either side of the school day. Here is everything you need to enrol, plus our handbook and service policies.
Somewhere to land, morning and afternoon
Tecoma Primary School OSHC provides a safe, secure and stimulating environment in which your child can play and relax both before and after school. It is a child-centred, inclusive program focused on developmental, social and recreational activities suited to every child.
Children can attend on a permanent basis (the same days each week) or casually as your family needs it. Our friendly team is based right here on site, so your child stays in the surroundings and community they already know.
Run by Tecoma Primary School. Because our OSHC is school-operated, it is woven into the same values, staff and safe-school culture as the rest of your child's day.
Getting your child started
Enrolment is a quick, guided process. Please allow up to two weeks from your first enquiry to your child's first booked session.
The handbook covers hours, fees, bookings, what to bring, our routines and how we keep your child safe and happy. It's the best first read for new families.
Child Care Subsidy (CCS). Eligible families can have OSHC fees reduced through the Australian Government's Child Care Subsidy. Register and check your eligibility through your myGov account linked to Centrelink, then let the OSHC team know so we can process it. Full fee details are in the Fees Policy.
We're here to help
Questions about a booking, a subsidy, or whether OSHC is right for your family? Our office team and OSHC educators are always happy to talk it through.
Our OSHC policies
We operate to the National Quality Framework. Every family is welcome to read the policies that guide our care, grouped below for easy browsing. Each opens as a PDF.
Looking for the school's whole-school Child Safety policies as well? You'll find them under Policies & Reports.

Tecoma Primary School stands with gratitude and respect on Wurundjeri Country. We acknowledge the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Owners of the land where our children learn, grow and play beneath the mountain ash, and we pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. This land always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.
